The Senior Digital Designer role involves creating impactful and user-friendly interfaces for digital platforms, particularly focusing on mobile web design and interaction. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Designers, Writers, Digital Marketers, and other team members to develop innovative digital experiences.
• Utilize a human-centered design approach to deliver user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for the website, prioritizing mobile responsiveness.
• Effectively communicate ideas and present work to senior creatives and business partners.
• Ensure timely delivery and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, marketers, and producers.
• Enhance and document design systems and guidelines to streamline content production processes.
• Demonstrate a passion for innovation and stay informed about the latest trends in creative design and content creation.
• Guide Jr. Designers on specific projects and collaborate with senior team members to oversee independent projects effectively.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 4-8 years of experience in advertising, digital agencies, or creative departments of established or emerging brands.
• A promising portfolio showcasing strategic insights and design capabilities across diverse digital communication channels.
• Bachelor's degree in visual communication, graphic design, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience with web-based content management systems, preferably Shopify.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to take risks, learn from failures, and grow.
• Ownership of a pickup truck and familiarity with pickup truck culture is advantageous.
• Passion for outdoor activities like fishing, hunting, skiing, biking, etc., is a significant advantage.
• Remote work options available for suitable candidates, but preference for those willing to relocate to DECKED headquarters in Ketchum, ID.
