    Description:Tactical Strike Missiles Finance Team is looking for an experienced professional that is a self-motivated person with a strong education in business, finance or accounting, who is interested in learning and applying all aspects of defense contract budgeting, earned value measurement, forecasting, analysis and reporting skills in a fast-paced environment.

    This position will support a myriad of program finance functions and will include the following responsibilities:

    Long-Range Planning (LRP) for business area. Manages financial metrics for business area. Effectively communicates the financial performance to
    senior management.
    Provide support to the Contract Status Reviews (CSRs) process to include presentation of financial data to Sr. Management.

    Applies principles of Earned Value Management (EVM) to lead preparation of budgets and schedules for contract work and performs and/or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis.

    Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining
    accurate records of expenditures, directing preparation of
    expenditure projections, and submitting timely requests for additional funding to the government.
    Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

    Basic Qualifications:

    Experience establishing / managing program
    cost baselines
    Experience conducting Estimate at Complete
    (EAC) analysis

    Desired Skills:

    Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
    Bachelor's degree focus in Finance, Accounting
    or related discipline
    Preparing accompanying analysis and recommendations for presentation to various
    levels of leadership
    Demonstrated leadership experience
    Experience with developing and reporting business metrics
    Knowledge of Government contracting and pricing
    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel

    Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

    Remote Telework:

    The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

    The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

    Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
