    Minimum Requirements:
    Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
    Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Specialty ARRT certification(s) if required for position. State licensure if required by law.
    2 years of experience.

    BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.

    BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.

    Radiography / X Ray Technologist Lead:
    Reviews patient history,initiatesRadiographic images based on physician order and prioritizes procedural patient education to ensure mutual understanding and cooperation

    Safely administers contrast media or associated imaging medications whilemonitoringpatient condition

    Responds and reports changes in patient condition as appropriate

    Implements techniques to yield clarity in image, quality control and equipment functionality based onestablishedbest practices in Radiology (ARRT)

    Provides monitoring,coachingand evaluation of team members' performance, especially in the areas of productivity and quality management.
    Serves as a positive role model by working with team members to promote teamwork and cooperation.
    Assists with coordinating services, prioritizing assignments and workflow, and promoting situational decision-making/problem solving. Performs responsibilities of underlyingjob.
    Takesresponsibility for, or provides guidance to team members on, the handling of complex or novel issues.
    Oversees equipment quality control testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting. May work with Radiology students.

    Withinscopeofjob, requirescritical thinking skills, decisivejudgementand the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and takeappropriate action.
