Senior-level Underground Facility (UGF) Analyst - CENTCOM Location Florida, Tampa Department BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Employment Duration Full Time Celestar Corporation is seeking aSenior-level Underground Facility (UGF) Analyst supporting the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Directorate of Intelligence (J2) located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS/OCONUS and the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Responsibilities:

• The Contractor shall research, support development of and prepare intelligence assessments in formats approved by DIA/CENTCOM, meet, or exceed DIA/CENTCOM quality and tradecraft standards, and provide products within mutually agreed upon timelines
• The Contractor shall conduct all-source analysis of UGFs, hardened and deeply-buried targets (HDBTs), subterranean environments and related foreign programs; perform regular maintenance of military intelligence databases, research and author's analytic products intelligence customers, supports reverse- engineering efforts and characterization assessments, and maintain currency in assigned UGF-specific subject areas and general knowledge of assigned target country
• The Contractor shall conduct hard and deeply buried target analysis and prepare related products

In support of this task the Contractor shall:

• Conduct targeting analysis utilizing all available intelligence sources to perform basic, intermediate and advanced target development in support of lethal and/or non-lethal engagements
• Provide recommended input to DoD, CJCS Manuals/Instructions, CENTCOM policies, SOPs and standards for TM production as required
• Coordinate with external and internal production centers and customers to ensure product delivery within established timelines
• Conduct hard and deeply buried target analysis, updating required databases and preparing related products
• Respond to RFI's and prepare and present briefings as required

Required Experience:
Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years

Desired Education :

Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.

Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.

S
Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree
