    Required Skills and Experience

    5-7 years of experience in a Mechanical Engineer Role and Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering)

    Experience with Lean Manufacturing Principles in a Manufacturing or Automotive industry

    Experience with machine installation and troubleshooting

    Experience with Process Improvement and Process Flow Analysis

    Experience tracking projects and timelines

    Nice to Have Skills and Experience

    Experience with AutoCAD

    Experience with an ERP system within manufacturing environment or Epicor Electrical Engineering knowledge

    Job Description

    One of Insight Global's clients is looking for a Mechanical Engineer in the Graniteville SC area. They will be responsible for leading the Maintenance team in launching new programs and new equipment. This role will be hands on and require machine installation and troubleshooting as well as continuous improvement.

    They will be working on process improvements and process flow analysis to ensure successful launches and evaluating top source loss.
