Conduct OSINT activities in response to Government Request for Information (RFI) or tasking by the OIC including working with the Government to clarify and refine the RFI collecting exploiting and analyzing online open-source information and preparing a report in the format required by the task with minimal supervision using commercial internet NIPRNet SIPRNet and SCINet systems and tools.
