    Coordinator, Order Coverage BKontoor Brands is currently seeking an Order Coverage Coordinator at our corporate headquarters in Greensboro, NC.

    This position reports to the Customer Service Manager and is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the availability of inventory to achieve Marketing Company service goals.

    This person will support cross-functional work streams to drive new initiatives as it relates to the development of Kontoor's workforce.

    The Order Coverage Coordinator is responsible for communication of service plans/issues to Sales, operations, and Distribution Centers. This position is onsite 4 days a week.


    Responsibilities:
    Communicates to Sales Management the need for priority on late productions and/or shortages. Maintains agreed upon order priority within the order management system. Initiates necessary cancellations to cover shortages. Priority/cancellation process must consider new stores, ad orders, major accounts size coverage, credit holds, and overall shipping performance.
    Reviews, analyzes, and resolves shipping priority requests submitted by customer/sales, weighing the effect on earlier scheduled orders/contracts.
    Prepares and distributes service updates/timelines for our sales force and other intra-company personnel.

    Analyzes, prepares, and distributes periodic coverage information for product categories, new marketing initiatives, ads, load-ins, and new programs pointing out any potential problems and suggesting resolutions.

    Works closely with Operations planners regarding delivery quotations, withdrawn sizes, report errors, ending dates, change in FOB points, and replenishment styles to identify and resolve service issues.

    Identifies shipment issues at the end of a season to help in the identification of close out goods.
    Works closely with laundry facilities to expedite finishing and provide priorities when needed.
    Communicates receiving priorities to DC managers to expedite the flow of goods into the DC. Communicates with Replenishment managers on order generation, coverage, minimums, size percent, and order cycle. Allocates and releases orders to DC using thePre-allocationprocess.
    Identifies styles/size issues and recommends necessary actions to Replenishment manager.
    Works closely with Logistics and Foreign Sourcing to track inbound freight.

    Conducts periodic shipping meetings with DC and Operations staff to communicate packing plans, planned receipts, special programs, and special ops requirements for the current season.

    Identifies problems with coverage and recommends priorities/solutions.
    Participates in periodic Sales/Operation meetings. Prepares coverage information and priorities/solutions to any issues. Information provided is vital to success of meetings.
    Provides daily assistance to Customer Service Repsin regards toorder coverage issues on past due, present, and future orders. Provides Customer Service Reps the proper actions to take (wait for stock, ship and back-order, substitute, or cancel). Works closely with Customer ServiceManagement to identify system issues and modifications necessary to improve order management efficiency. This includes mainframe systems as well as data warehouses.
