- Coordinate technicians' appointments, optimizing routes for timely and efficient service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling all phone calls with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a pleasant scheduling experience for our clients.
- Proficiently manage scheduling/tracking software and Microsoft Excel to monitor and oversee technician progress throughout the day.
- Review, interpret, and generate invoices/estimates for field work.
- Assist in updating and maintaining reports and information required by the Operations Manager, Sales Manager, and Bookkeeper to support the company's objectives.
