Job summary
The position involves performing regular building/site proactive and reactive maintenance of plumbing infrastructure including piping, fixtures, valves etc. The candidate must possess a valid State Journeyman's Plumber's license and have experience in the plumbing & pipefitting trade disciplines. They should also be able to obtain and maintain government security clearance if hired as condition of employment.

- Maintenance work experience in the plumbing & pipefitting trade disciplines
- Graduate of a state certified plumbing or pipefitting apprenticeship program or equivalent training program
