    Job DescriptionEstablished 55-year-old equipment and services company is seeking a full-time
    Warehouse Manager for the Integrated Solutions division at our corporate office. We are looking for a committed individual that has excellent attention to detail skills to become a full-time member of our team.


    Daily Responsibilities:

    • Inventory Management (coordination, controls, counts) with Operations Manager.
    • Communicate with division employees regarding issues or status of parts.
    • Be flexible to support changing departmental priorities and needs.
    • Conduct physical inventory of warehouse as needed.
    • Maintain an organized and clean warehouse.
    • Receiving duties:o Check in all incoming shipments when they are received.o Inspect product and reconcile supplier packing slips with Purchase Order (PO).o Place equipment in proper warehouse location(s) or staging area.o Reporting and tracking.
    • Shipping duties:o Work with Operations Manager to coordinate outgoing shipments and job scheduling.o Package all shipments according per standard procedures and order requirements.o Schedule shipments, create shipping labels, and export documentation as required.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • 3+ years of warehouse & logistics experience is preferred.
    • Familiarity with shipping regulations and preparing export documentation.
    • Ability to use a fork-lift.
    • Ability to use hand and power tools.
    • Some technical background is a plus.
    • Ability to lift 70lbs. occasionally.
    • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen.

    Skills:

    • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
    • Strong organization, time management, and follow-through skills are required.
    • Ability to identify problems and find effective solutions is required.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Detail oriented and self-starter preferred.
    • Ability to provide excellent customer service to our customers/vendors/employees.
    • Must be able to work effectively in a high stress work environment while having the ability to work as ateam member.
    Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Some nights and weekends may apply.
