Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Active CA License

• BC/BE

• BLS, PALS

• At least 3 years of experience

• DEA

• PAs: Must have CA Controlled Substance Educ Course Cert

• NPs: Must have Furnishing License w/ Schedules II

• Immunizations such as Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results, etc.
