    Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Control Analyst II to join our team in Lancaster, CA.


    Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

    The Program Control Analyst II processes vendor payments for ODC purchases; processes transactions for travel and per diem expenses within the ManTech Maverick Team; and processes team member hours, time, and expenses.

    Will use ManTech internal systems to process transactions, maintaining an accurate financial ledger for all Maverick TDPs.
    Monitor and analyze costs associated with the Mission Essential Services Plan (MESP) implementation.

    Support the identification of cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations for cost-effective solutions to support the MESP.The Program Control Analyst II is a journeyman role experienced in all aspects of vendor payments and other business expenses.

    The Program Control Analyst II takes direction from more senior personnel.


    Minimum Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline and at least two (2) years of position specific relevant experienceThis role includes meeting challenges and deadlines in an environment of dedication, pride, and strong work ethics

    Preferred Qualifications:
    Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.4 years of position-specific relevant experience.


    Security Clearance Requirements:
    Must be a United States CitizenMust have a current/ active Secret clearance

    Physical Requirement:
    Must be able to be in a stationary position for more than 50% of the time.
    Must be able to communicate, converse and exchange information with peers and senior personnel.

    Must be able to work with computers and monitors, and type on a computer keyboard for long periods of time.

    The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300-$108,600.

    There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
