Pay Rate/Range: $18.00
Hours: 5:00 p.m. until finished Sunday - Thursday
Location: North Little Rock, AR
Duration: 3 months
Responsibilities:

• Operate electric pallet jack or forklift to select correct products from warehouse racking.
• Label products using RF label technology.
• Palletize selected products to build customer orders.
• Deliver products to the dock safely and efficiently.
• Hand select orders in various warehouse environments, including Dry, Cooler, and Freezer, while adhering to safety protocols.
• Operate RF unit to create labels and correctly place them on products.
• Stack products on pallets following proper selecting procedures (e.g., no stacking heavy-on-light, labels facing out, etc.).
• Stage pallets for loading in proper dock locations.
• Stretch-wrap products on the loading dock.
• Safely operate all assigned equipment, including pallet jack, RF unit, and personal protective equipment.
• Perform pre and post-trip inspections of equipment.

Additional Requirements:

• Work until all products are accurately selected and loaded, including potential overtime on holidays and weekends.
• Meet or exceed minimum efficiency levels established through an engineered production standard.
• Work rapidly at a constant pace for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Meet or exceed established cases per error goals.
• Develop a good working knowledge of product, placement, and inventory control techniques and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Maximum weight to be lifted: 110 lbs.
