The Manager, Operations Transformation is a highly strategic individual contributor role responsible for shaping and advancing next-generation operating capabilities across Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, and Variable Compensation.This role is designed to focus on the important but not urgent work required to sustain execution excellence today while intentionally building the capabilities needed to win the future.
Responsibilities
- Ai-first transformation & operating culture: embed ai-assisted workflows into core operational processes through practical scalable use cases.
- continuous improvement automation & standardization: identify and lead high-impact continuous improvement initiatives across revenue operations sales enablement and variable compensation drive automation efforts that meaningfully reduce cycle time manual effort and operational risk improve consistency scalability through standardization of core processes metrics reporting.
