- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil/Environmental Engineering
- Professional Engineer license
- Knowledge of New England regulations related to wastewater treatment facilities.
- Leadership - Demonstrated ability to lead teams with diverse skill sets towards common goals while fostering a positive work environment.
- Communication Skills - Excellent verbal & written communication abilities that can be used when dealing with clients as well as team members throughout projects life cycles.
- Technical Expertise- Ability to manage complex technical issues involving design drawings review , specifications development etc.
- Project Management Experience - Proven record managing multiple tasks simultaneously including planning resources effectively
- Oversee all aspects of assigned water/wastewater engineering projects from initiation through delivery on time and budgeted costs;
- Work closely with internal stakeholders such as sales teams, engineers/drafters/designers/project managers/engineering support staff/suppliers/subcontractors/vendors/etc., ensuring effective collaboration across departments/divisions/functions;
- Manage scope changes by evaluating impact against cost/time schedule constraints which may result due differing site conditions,
