This is a full-time on-site role as a Warehouse Operations Manager located in Newark, DE. The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, implementing warehouse management systems, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, and providing excellent customer service.

• Supervisory skills, including experience managing teams and coordinating workflow
• Strong operations management background, with expertise in optimizing warehouse processes
• Proficiency in inventory control, including experience with inventory management systems
• Warehouse management expertise, including knowledge of best practices and safety regulations
• Customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in the eCommerce industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
