    The Staff Registered Nurse will be in charge of managing patient care delivery using the nursing process. This position may involve floating to different units and participating in on-call duties. Specific competencies for different patient populations will be required.

    • Current RN license in Oklahoma or from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
    • BLS certification upon hire or within 30 days.
    • Effective communication skills in English.
    • Department-specific competencies to be fulfilled during orientation.

    For Hospice roles:

    • Current CPR certification required, preference for Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse (CHPN).
    • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.

    Radiology positions:

    • ACLS certification required.

    Employee Health requirements:

    • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.

    INTEGRIS Mental Health:

    • If necessary, incumbents may need to operate an INTEGRIS-owned or personal vehicle and hold an Oklahoma State Drivers License with an acceptable driving record.

    Emergency Department:

    • PALS certification within 12 months of hire.
    • ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.

    Responsibilities of the Staff Registered Nurse include but are not limited to:

    • Assessment and reassessment of patients
    • Developing care plans
    • Implementing appropriate interventions
    • Evaluating patient care interventions
    • Supervising and coordinating personnel in care provision
    • Providing guidance to non-licensed personnel and students

    Reporting to the relevant manager, director, or vice-president, Mental Health staff should be capable of assisting with patient physical restraint using the Behavior Management Technique System.

    Potential exposure to infections, communicable diseases, bodily fluids, and chemicals requires adherence to standard precautions.
