    Description

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    The Sr.

    Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of the client relationship as well as direct supervision of project managers and supporting staff from the initial project kickoff to close out.

    Faciltate all project meetings and drive intiatives for completion.

    Manage the sourcing of general contractors/employees for jobs throughout the United States as needed.

    Work closely with Project Managers to monitor construction progress including worker productivity and compliance with all safety codes.

    Provide accurate estimations for pending projects.


    Establish customer deadlines as determined by Scope of Work and ensure customer satisfaction with timeliness, accuracy and communication of results.

    Communicate regularly with customers to maintain professional, working relationship and resolve all service challenges.

    Work closely with Business Development to maintain customer relationships and establish workflow processes according to customer requirements.

    Manage budget projection timelines and ensure accurancy and efficiency.

    Assist in negotiation of buyout of job with sub-contractors.

    Manage communication of expectations for project goals to all internal and external personnel and document actual results.

    Present weekly financial and project progress information to Leadership Team.


    Work closely with Project Manager(s), Assistant Project Manager(s) and Project Coordinator(s) to ensure all documents, completion photos and cost trackers are timely and accurate.

    Manage invoicing process at end of project completion to ensure timely payment.

    Responsible for working with Project Managers to prepare them for advancement.

    Any other responsibilities as required by management.


    Requirements

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and


    TRAINING:
    Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four year college or university preferred. At least four (4) years' experience with National Retail Customer interface preferred.

    COMPUTER SKILLS:
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management software.
