    Description

    Director, Strategic Feedstock Sourcing

    Nexus Circular is the leading advanced recycling company at the center of the circular economy. We accelerate plastic recycling so that people economies and the environment can thrive.

    We convert landfill-bound plastics into circular feedstocks to produce sustainable virgin plastics Nexus Circular's end-to-end solution is economically validated as demonstrated by consistent on-spec bulk sales of high-quality ISCC Plus circular feedstocks for virgin-equivalent plastic production.

    • Manage the FST's use of an existing feedstock qualification process (FQP) and assist the Director of Quality in evolving the FQP.
    • Lead the Feedstock Technology and Operations (FTO) Teams in developing new sources of feedstock that require technology or operations alterations before they are qualified feedstock sources.
    1. Create comprehensive development plans for assigned national strategies and national accounts including data collection/research alternatives options selection criteria for implementation and ongoing monitoring maintenance of strategy/account.
    The job requires you have experience with business development technical sales engineering business degree MBA significant work experience in manufacturing full waste plastic value chain B2B experience project management skill capital projects presentation communication skills decision support packages leadership ability energy integrity self-directed team player educator trustworthy mentor culturate employee pride ownership fairness transparency safety focus passion growth sustainability.
