    Description

    Commercial Lender

    As a commercial lender at Prosperity Bank, your primary focus will be on growing and retaining profitable relationships with clients. This involves delivering value-added solutions that help them achieve their goals and maximize our revenues over the life of the relationship.

    You will be an experienced, qualified professional capable of independent activity. Key requirements include proven client relationship skills, extensive product knowledge, technical expertise, and strong transaction execution skills.

    Credit process management is critical to this role. Performance will be measured across multiple areas including calling activity, proposal generation, revenue growth risk mitigation ability to build successful relationships and long-term franchise development.

    • Solicit new business opportunities through proactive calls referrals cross-selling efforts and COI maintenance within assigned geographic areas
