    Job Summary

    The Senior Financial Modeling Analyst will join one of the top healthcare services providers to help our clients solve some of their most pressing problems.

    You will also work with a range of experts in the firm, including but not limited to the Chief Business Officer, Chief Growth Officer, and the finance and Accounting team.

    Job Responsibilities

    Provide partnership and support to our sales and enterprise program management teams for client service offerings.

    Build and maintain financial models to analyze client profitability and support various pricing and client solution scenarios.

    Responsible for leading a team to support our enterprise sales and growth strategy goals.

    Synthesize industry and internal data and present findings and recommendations to leadership.

    Identify areas of opportunities to help drive revenue growth and margin expansion.

    Provide support to leadership to drive the completion of pivotal initiatives.


    Build and handle client return on investment templates to present to leadership partners and the sales organization regarding financial savvy and modeling.

    Work on several enterprise project initiatives, such as enterprise-wide strategic growth initiatives.

    Be an advisor and consultant and provide strategic solutions.

    Education
    Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience or master's degree and 4 years of work experience at top 4 consulting companies after completing your undergraduate degree Bachelor's Degree | Finance | Required

    Certifications
    In progress towards becoming a Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, Financial Management Association, Certified Financial Planner or other | Preferred

    Comfort with ambiguous, constantly evolving situations.

    Synthesize clear takeaways from sophisticated information into clear takeaways and recommendations using qualitative and quantitative methods.

    Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and non-verbally.

    Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.

    Capability to drive an independent workstream in a broader team project context.

    Outstanding financial analysis and finance modeling experience using Excel and PowerPoint.

    Minimum Experience
    3 years of corporate Finance Planning Analysis experience. Proven forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and profit and loss statements experience. Proven skills in building sophisticated financial dashboards and financial models from scratch. Experience collaborating with C-level executives to drive business transformation.

    Demonstrated experience in financial services and decisions, including revenue, forecasting earnings, budgeting, saving for big purchases, retirement planning, investing, and trust and estate planning.

    Pay Rate
    $83,500 - $99,000 Salary Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
