Job summary
Duties include managing register cash positions and conducting bank deposits addressing customer concerns quickly and efficiently working directly with the store manager to meet store sales goals.
- Cash handling responsibilities including making bank deposits and counting change at the end of shift.
- Maintaining a clean store environment including trash removal recycling sorting supplies replenishment cleaning bathrooms floors windows walls etc.
- Foster strong relationships with customers by actively listening responding promptly resolving issues in a fair professional manner.
- Achieve high levels of job satisfaction through continuous improvement employee development training leadership support team collaboration effective communication professionalism respect adaptability integrity reliability accountability responsibility care for employees well-being.
