- A four (4) year college degree
- 3+ years of managerial experience in ship maintenance related activities, or equivalent OR 10+ years of experience in ship maintenance related roles, with at least 5 years in managerial capacities.
- Valid state driver's license, with the ability to operate government/company vehicles as per the Corporate Vehicle Safety Manual.
- PMP certification or willing to get within 6 month of employment
- Must demonstrate the ability to effectively lead a team
- Navy or Maritime ship maintenance-related background with at least 5 years of which involved managerial responsibilities.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, with a minimum of 4 years of study
- Regional Maintenance Center (RMC) and working on LCS class of ships
