    Overview:

    The HR Business Partner works closely with the Leaders in his/her countries to ensure People agenda and country regulation is implemented and followed. The HR Business Partner is responsible for all people topics and country laws and regulations in his/her country and ensuring the people agenda and programs are implemented and followed. He/she will support in all areas of HR and collaborate within the region in all aspects of HR such as development, disciplinary procedures, recruitment, cultural journey, contracts, regulations etc. He/she works closely with the HR Specialist Operations CH/I to support the region to ensure administrative, onboarding processes and data insights as well as contracts and regulations are provided and followed.

    Responsibilities:
    • Sparring partner for the Country Managers Switzerland, Italy and possibly other European countries.
    • Ensuring professional HR support for the employee-life-cycle.
    • Accompaniment of upcoming changes, acquisitions and integration processes.
    • Ensuring and implementing proactive, professional and customer-oriented services, processes and procedures.
    • Supporting the management through the performance management cycle (review, feedback conversations, merit increase, development plan, etc).
    • Work with regional management to develop and motivate employees and help them reach their full potential.
    • Consulting and coaching of executives and employees in personnel relevant topics.
    • Implementation of strategic HR planning, succession and talent management, training and career planning.
    • Participation in HR projects and continuous development of HR processes and procedures.
    • Evaluation, selection and management of negotiations with external service providers for recruitment, assessments, etc.
    • Supporting the supervisors in human resources management (agreements, warnings, terminations, etc.).
    • Management of annual processes such as employee appraisals, round of loops, employee surveys.
    • Support in the introduction and implementation of new HR systems, tools, instruments, etc.
    • Further operational and organizational tasks in coordination with HR Europe and Management Team Europe.
    Qualifications:
    • Completed studies with a main focus on human resources or comparable training.

    Other skills:

    • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position in a European environment.
    • Knowledge of labor law and social security in the responsible country.
    • Strong consulting skills and ability to foster as well as develop relationships.
    • Experience in providing strategic HR support to Leaders in the responsible countries.
    • Experience in breaking down global programs into the countries and organizations, ensuring the people agenda is implemented and followed.
    • Dynamic personality with pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to work.
    • High social competence as well as customer and service orientation.
    • High resilience and willingness to change.
    • Enthusiasm and motivation.
    • Ability to promote and develop employees and teams.
    • Willingness to travel.
    • Fluent oral and written German and English is a must.
    • Italian language strongly needed. Further European languages a plus
