    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and financing transactions, including entity formations, contract drafting, and negotiation.

    Support various aspects of corporate and financing transactions, including entity formations, contract drafting, and negotiation.
    2-4 years of prior experience in corporate law, preferably with a focus on transactional work.
    Proficiency in contract drafting and negotiation.
