Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
o Supervise the testing, maintenance, and monitoring of computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems
o Advise clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs
o Advise management on current system principles and necessary updates and recommendations
o Supervise the expansion or modification of system to serve new purposes or improve work flow.
o Interview or survey workers, observe job performance or perform the job to determine what information is processed and how it is processed
o Train staff and users to work with computer systems and programs


Key responsibilities include:

• Proactively engage with Client internal teams in regular strategic & project discussions
• Contribute to the successful development of strategic initiatives, which involves:

o Data analysis to identify key areas of opportunity.
o Help automate and scale existing global processes.
o Building a storyline to help link insights to recommendations.

o Ability to effectively manipulate and analyze large data sets (industry and Client) to determine meanings insights and recommendations for stakeholders.

• Assist with quantification and systematization of VCA's project impact:

o Leveraging data tools to help derive high level insights and recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• Relevant experience at large management consulting firm or US Financial Institution
• Payments/Financial Services experience
• Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
• Proficient and ideally a power-user of spreadsheet and presentation tools
• Strong team player with a willingness to learn and ability to adapt
• An affinity for payments technology, FinTech and digital
• Advanced Power Apps skills
• Scaling data technology to expose data to reports.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $50/hr. to $55/hr. on W2.
