- Support applications that are built, leveraging a microservices architecture, Java, Spring, REACT, Kubernetes, etc.
- Automation of CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop code for automation of pipelines (Terraform).
- Integrate the platform into the existing enterprise data warehouse and various operational systems.
- Identify and test new upcoming technologies that the Enterprise may utilize down the line.
- Address performance and scalability issues in a large-scale Enterprise setting.
- Provide data platform support and issue resolutions.
- 3+ years of application development experience (Java/Spring/REACT).
- 4+ years of DevOps experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related field
- 3+ years working within Cloud-based technologies- specifically GCP preferred.
- Proven experience working within containerization tools- Kubernetes preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience working and operating effectively within an Agile Methodology.

Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Platform Engineer to join our enterprise team in Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, integrating platforms with enterprise data warehouses and operational systems, and addressing performance and scalability issues in a large-scale enterprise environment. Additionally, the role includes providing data platform support and issue resolution, identifying, and testing new technologies, and operating effectively within an Agile methodology. Candidates should have a strong background in application development, DevOps, and cloud-based technologies, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
