- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market reach for forklifts, lift trucks, scissor lifts, floor scrubbers, and other related material handling equipment.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Minimum 3 years as an Outside Sales Rep with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Sales experience preferably with material handling equipment OR related industry
- Strong account management skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Technical sales knowledge and understanding of industry trends
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Spanish speaking is a plus
