    Our Delivery Drivers make direct store deliveries to customers in the area of Duluth area.

    This position is Tues-Fri, full-time position (40+ hours) with every weekend off and the ability to be home every night.**Job Description:**

    ***Now offering a $5,000.00 sign on bonus. $2,500.00 payable after 90 days and $2,500.00 after 1 year of service.**

    **Details/Benefits:**

    Schedule: Tuesday - Friday (4 DAY WORK WEEK & OFF WEEKENDS)

    First Shift: Dispatch around 5:00 am start till finished

    Competitive Compensation Rates **CDL A $27 to $30 per hour based on experience, plus $5000 Sign On ($2,500.00 payable after 90 days and $2,500.00 after 1 year of service), OT, merit pay increases, and paid bi-weekly**

    **Responsibilities:**

    Loading/unloading truck

    Timely route delivery with numerous stops

    Delivering product into stores using a two-wheeler or other means

    Handling customer payments

    Making sure paperwork is correctly completed and collected

    Providing excellent customer service

    **Requirements:**

    Must possess a valid CDL Class A with air brake endorsement

    Previous Delivery Driving experience

    A good driving record

    Heavy repetitive lifting is involved, must be able to lift up to 65 lbs. repeatedly

    Good math skills

    Detail oriented

    Self-motivated, work independently and self-managed to meet deadlines

    Ability to pass the pre-employment screening: background check, drug test, and physical
