Accounting Manager

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Accounting and bookkeeping functions to include payroll reconciliations, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Producing operating and financial reports timely and accurately.
• Providing administrative and clerical support to the CFO and other department heads required including cash flow, labor burden and cost per mile calculations, dashboard, metrics, etc.
• Carrying out other financial and administrative duties as assigned by the CFO.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA certification is highly favorable but not required.

Required Skills:

• Experience working with an audit consultancy firm is preferred.
• Experience in accounting in a construction or construction services company.
• Must be extremely organized and have an exceptional eye for detail.
• Must be fluent in QuickBooks and have extensive experience with Microsoft Excel.

Salary: $70,000-$90,000 DOE.
