    Stuller, Inc. is the largest jewelry manufacturing and distribution facility in the United States and an industry leader in the domestic and international jewelry sectors. The position of Desktop Support Technician is responsible for providing tier 2 hardware and software support to all corporate users. This involves providing technical assistance and problem resolution, setting up, maintaining and repairing computer systems throughout the company and ensuring security software is updated and running properly under the leadership of the Lead SysOps Desktop Support Technician.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide tier 2 hardware and software support to all corporate users
    • Troubleshoot, upgrade, and install corporate computer equipment
    • Maintain computer equipment and software for secure, efficient operations
    • Repair computer endpoints as required
    • Test and implement new software programs
    • Support staff on assigned projects
    • Ensure internet security software is updated and running
    • Document solutions and inform others of changes
    • Perform other duties as assigned
    Minimum Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 1 year of professional experience with computer hardware and software, including building computers, network cabling, and troubleshooting issues
    • Excellent communication skills via telephone, email, and in-person conversation
    • Ability to read and understand technical manuals
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
    • Strong customer-centric focus
    • Patience, problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
    • Ability to lift 40 pounds
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • College degree or formal educational training
    • Strong understanding of Microsoft and/or Apple operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
    • A+ certification or equivalent
    • Mobile device setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
