JPI is seeking an Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Practitioner who possesses equally- developed skills in training and maturing an OCM capability within a U.S.

Responsibilities Include:
Developing and leading the execution of OCM plans based on Prosci ADKAR in support of IT initiatives.
Engaging users to prepare them for change created by technology enhancements.
Developing and executing communication plans through the lifecycle of the OCM from building excitement to training, adoption, and reinforcement.
Developing messages and communication materials to support communication plans.
Coordinating OCM activities and coaching initiative leads such as Product Owners and Project Managers.
Leveraging change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis to develop training curriculums of new technology features.
Curating (and creating, if necessary) training materials associated with comprehensive training approaches.
Developing and delivering other training media and artifacts as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA)
7+ years total professional experience, including five (5) years of relevant OCM experience, including experience with complex OCM initiatives and maturing an enterprise OCM capability
Prosci Certified Change Practitioner certification
Fluency in leading OCM methodologies, including Prosci ADKAR
Training experience and experience maturing OCM capabilities
Experience in a government IT organization
Demonstrated experience managing change initiatives related to system implementations
Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups to achieve IT goals and objectives and delivering successfully on product requirements.
Preferred Qualifications Included:
Experience reviewing deliverables to deliver high-quality results and work products.
Strong communication and presentation skills Experience and expertise with government financial regulators (e.g., CFPB, SEC, FFIEC, FDIC, OCC, FRB, and NCUA) and/or financial services organizations (Banks, Credit Unions, etc.)
SharePoint experience.
Public Trust or Secret Clearance
