    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the day-to-day planning operations for our DTC eCommerce business and Drop-Ship programs.
    • Collaborate closely with design, merchandising, and buying teams to ensure timely deliverables are properly forecasted.
    • Review sales trends, research seasonal demand drivers, and prepare forecast data for upper-management.
    • Develop and execute product phase-in and phase-out plans.
    • Maintain an accurate demand forecast for a designated SKU range.
    • On a daily and weekly basis, examine and revise inventory levels to ensure product availability based on prevailing trends.
    • Prepare and maintain relevant reports, including stock status and inventory turnover.
    • Manage and communicate forecast changes to the supply chain.
    • Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner with Operations and Production Team.
    • Collaborate with Marketing team to ensure promotions and events are accounted for in demand plans.
    • Work closely with Design and Product Development teams to support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
    • Contribute to the global sales, inventory, and operations planning process.

    Essential skills and qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply chain, or related field.
    • 5+ experience as a Demand Planner. Experience in apparel eCommerce is required
    • Proficient in data analysis and statistical forecasting.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
    • Experience with demand planning software (e.g., SAP APO, Netsuite, Oracle Demantra, etc.)
    • Able to adjust quickly to changes and fluctuations in the business environment.
