- Support assessment and care planning for residents.
- Support coordination and supervision of all services on assigned units.
- Provide regular rounding in nursing units.
- Provide spot-checking and on-going supervision ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
- Consult with Unit Managers in the provision of continuity of care to residents.
- Support ensuring adequate staffing for the nursing department.
- Support direct resident care and work as a staff nurse.
- Consult with Unit Managers to prepare/administer performance reviews for shift staff.
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing and current licensure by Kentucky State Board of Nursing.
- Current RN - Registered Nurse License from KY.
- BLS certification (required).
- Experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred.
- English language required.
- Pass criminal background check completing onboarding.
- Available to work either day or night shift (7am-7pm or 7pm-7am) and every other weekend
