    Position Summary:

    The Center for Caregivers Advancement (CCA) is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Data Analyst to support our dynamic team.

    This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive administrative, program, and data management support to enhance the efficacy of CCA programs.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to interpret and meticulously manage data, ensuring that critical information is accessible and accurate for immediate staff use.

    Essential Duties And Responsibilities

    Create and maintain various data systems for tracking and monitoring program compliance.
    Establish and maintain an efficient records management system.
    Establish processes to make data more efficient for analyzing, interpreting trends from the data and reporting information for organizational purposes
    Prepare, file, and sort source documents, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
    Resolve data-related issues in collaboration with various departments.
    Maintain the confidentiality and security of data.
    Generate reports and respond to data-related inquiries as needed.
    Create file system of all data reports and sources needed to fulfill program and organization requirements
    Transform raw data into meaningful reports using data visualization tools & skills
    Assisting in assessing needs of the organization on platforms/tools/applications to allow achievement of best data management practices
    Analyze data for accuracy, identify and correct errors, or escalate issues to the manager for resolution.
    Contribute to team efforts and achieve related results as required.
    Undertake additional duties and special projects as assigned by the CFO or designee.

    Experience And Qualifications


    Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, in Mathematics, Science, Computer Science or related fields/post graduate degrees in Data Analytics.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
    Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or SQL.
    Proficiency in using platforms such as Google Workspace and Tableau.
    Salesforce or comparable CRM, as well as Blackboard/Genius or comparable LMS platforms experience highly preferred
    Use of Snowflake, MySQL, or other comparable RDMS preferred
    Adept at using tools for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
    Typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
    Proficient Internet research skills.
    High attention to detail and excellent organizational capabilities.
    Strong communication skills and ability to engage respectfully with diverse groups.
    Team-oriented with the ability to work independently and minimal supervision.
    Committed to providing efficient, accurate, and friendly service.
    Tactful, diplomatic, and adept in problem-solving.
    Highly responsive to organizational needs and motivated to enhance department skills and capabilities.
    Excellent multi-tasking skills; ability to prioritize and complete workload effectively.
    Reliable and consistent attendance.

    Travel to the Los Angeles area for in-person meetings will be required between 2-8 times during the year
