    Job Description:

    • The manager is looking for Level 2 associates, someone who is exceptionally well at handling customer queries and will be working in a call center environment to support and investigate claims.
    • This individual will be dealing with actual civil lawsuits and need to investigate customer's claims thoroughly.
    • This individual will be responsible for managing and organizing documentation, doing regular follow-ups, helping case managers and must have a good understanding of California Lemon Law requirements.
    • Initially this individual will be working on 10/20 cases a day, however the volume of the cases will be increased with time. They will be making the case ready to take a decision.
    • Also, this would be a 100% onsite position.
    • Years of Experience: s of Experience: 3-5 years of experience
    • Preferred to have: Law Degree OR Paralegal experience/Legal Secretary experience

    What we're looking for:

    The Customer Service Operations team is looking for TWO passionate and highly motivated temporary associates to assist the regional customer first team with processing lemon law cases.

    Requirements:

    • Strong written and oral communication.
    • Organizational and time management skills is a PLUS.
    • Ability to maintain the strictest of confidentiality Added bonus if you have.

    Preferred:

    • Previous automotive call center or customer relations experience.
    • Previous Toyota or Lexus experience.

    Note- 2 Rounds of Interviews

    1st round - 30 minutes Virtual Meeting.

    2nd Round - In person Panel Interview at client location (Irvine, CA)
