    Centura Wealth Advisory, a dynamic, registered investment advisory (RIA) firm serving both high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals/families, is seeking an experienced Salesforce & IT Systems Developer reporting to Andre Lawrence, Strategic Initiatives Manager. As the Salesforce & IT Systems Developer, you will be a key player in improving business processes and integrating new additions to our technology stack, as well as building upon our existing systems.

    The Salesforce & IT Systems Developer can build new workflows in a flash, and be a mastermind in architecting new solutions to increase organizational productivity.

    What You will Do:
    • Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
    • Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
    • Implement complex business logic using Apex triggers, classes, controllers, and asynchronous processing (batch apex, future methods, queueable apex).
    • Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) for custom UI components and user interfaces, leveraging JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Apex.
    • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP API's, Platform Events, and other integration techniques.
    • Customize the Salesforce data model, including creating custom objects, fields, relationships, and record types to support business processes.
    • Configure and customize Salesforce features such as workflows, validation rules, process builder flows, and approval processes to automate business processes.
    • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure high quality and reliability.
    • Optimize Salesforce performance by analyzing and optimizing SOQL queries, Apex code, and data model design.
    • Collaborate with Salesforce administrators to manage security settings, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchy.
    • Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
    • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce platform releases, features, and best practices, and proactively apply them to improve development processes and solutions.

    Education, Skills, and Attributes.

    • Review architecture, build, and refine our Client Portal in Salesforce Experience Cloud.
    • Become and expert in understanding our various technology solutions (Orion, SmartSuite, ClearCompany) and how they integrate with Salesforce, and provide developer support on these systems similar to the above duties outlined for Salesforce.
    What We Look for:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of development experience with Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Salesforce APIs
    • Experience with traditional front-end, back-end, and database technologies preferred
    • Experience with Orion Advisor Services preferred.
    • Experience with SmartSuite or other Project Management software preferred.
