    Under the general direction of the Clinical Supervisor Rehab, this position evaluates, plans, and implements appropriate treatment programs designed to help patients function independently.

    This position will evaluate progress, instruct the patient/family, and coordinate treatment with aftercare services to rehabilitate patients following disease, injury, or congenital disability.

    This position will teach, motivate, safeguard, and assist patients with therapeutic exercises and modalities, observe patients, and determine the effects of treatments.

    Hourly Pay Range:
    $ $54.49

    Qualifications

    Education:
    Requires a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited university.

    Experience:


    Requires a minimum of zero to one (0-1) year of clinical PT experience in inpatient and outpatient services (therapy school experience acceptable).


    Certification/Licensure:
    Current Arizona state Physical Therapy licensure is required.
    Requires BLS card obtained through an approved American Heart Association (AHA) training center.

    Must have a valid fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety or submit a completed affidavit at the time of hire.

    Must complete a fingerprint clearance card application within seven (7) days of the hire date. Must present the actual card within 90 days of applying for a fingerprint clearance card.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    Must possess good verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills, including basic grammar, spelling, and punctuation knowledge.
    Requires the ability to read, write and speak effectively in English.
    Must be able to communicate effectively with patients and staff members.
    Requires excellent organizational skills, working with professionals, and maintaining confidentiality standards.
    Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet designated deadlines are required.
