Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Grill Cook As a Grill Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook grilled items according to established recipes, menu specifications, and presentation standards
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed during food handling and preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, including equipment and work area
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures
- Collaborate with staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service
- Support catering events or special functions as needed
- Engage with team members positively to foster a lively, energetic work environment focused on guest satisfaction
Experience
- Previous experience is highly desirable
- Strong background in food service, including meal preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices
- Prior experience in catering or large-scale food service environments is a plus
