Republican Jobs is actively seeking a Director of Digital Marketing in South Florida for a dynamic political consulting firm.

This key leadership role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the digital advertising team, ensuring efficient management of the marketing department, and developing strategic advertising campaigns.

The Digital Marketing Director would oversee the team and their processes.


Roles/Duties:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the digital advertising team.
Ensure efficient and effective management of the marketing department.
Develop and execute comprehensive advertising campaigns tailored to political campaigns.
Manage customer relationships and coordinate various aspects of campaigns.
Train staff and oversee their performance evaluations.
Conduct weekly meetings and one-on-one sessions with staff to ensure alignment and efficiency.
Monitor and optimize the performance of digital ad campaigns to maximize reach and impact.


Job Requirements:
Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns within a leadership role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop creative and strategic solutions for marketing challenges.
Knowledge of analytics and performance monitoring tools.
Familiarity with brand compliance and advertising standards.


Compensation Range:
$75,000 – $100,000 per year, based on experience.
