Filippi's Pizza Grotto is looking for an enthusiastic, hospitality-driven Host/Cashier to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is interested in developing skills and growing within the hospitality industry.

We are seeking a motivated team player who brings positive energy, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Our host/cashier position plays a key role in creating the first and last impression for our guests while helping maintain smooth restaurant operations.

What You'll Do

• Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming first impression
• Manage guest flow, waitlists, and seating coordination
• Operate cash register and POS tablets accurately
• Answer phones and assist guests with orders and questions
• Take and organize to-go orders efficiently
• Assist with order preparation and packaging
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and service staff
• Support team operations during busy service periods

Schedule Requirements

• Availability for morning and evening shifts
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred
