    The Group Product Director, Consumer Marketing for Psoriatic is a critical position within the Immunology Marketing team and will be responsible for the overarching Consumer and Advocacy strategies for Rheumatology and Dermatology.

    The GPD will be directly responsible for all aspects of the brand patient experience including brand education to patients, DTC advertising, and advocacy relations.

    The position works closely with HCP marketing team, the PECS organization as well as Agency Partners, Media Excellence, Market Research, Advocacy and Communications.

    The scope of the role requires strong teamwork, collaboration, and alignment of strategies across multiple stakeholders to understand business impact and deliver on business objectives.

    This person will lead and develop a team of 4 direct reports and be responsible for strategic development and execution of a large multi-channel campaign with significant media budget.


    Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:


    • Leading patient experience strategy to create a bold advantage for brand
    • Developing and executing patient education strategy (branded and unbranded)
    • Leading development of integrated and multi-channel DTC campaign and evolution
    • Leading consumer/patient agency of record and other specialty agencies to implement DTC strategy/tactics
    • Partnering with the Advocacy team and Patient advocates to implement strategy aligned to key business objectives
    • Partnering with PR/Communications team on external communications initiatives and signature campaigns
    • Managing DTC budgets, including all aspects of agency and media spend
    • Overseeing tactical execution of direct reports; Provide coaching, development, and day-to-day management of direct reports
    • Aligning with HCP team to ensure all messaging is cohesive of efficacy/safety + access through personal and non-personal promotion
    • Providing timely and relevant updates to field sales team on DTC tactics and patient education resources
