The Office of the Chief Scientist in the Health and Civil Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Systems Integrator to support science and technology operations.

Due to contract requirements, must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.
The Systems Integrator will provide administration, governance, security, organization, and architecture support for cloud and on-premises environments.

The Systems Integrator will have roles in projects that involve activities from across the Federal Government, Academia, Non-Profit Sector, and the International Community.

The System Integrator will interact with Leidos development team members and internal stakeholders to assist in the delivery of on-contract and research and development work to an exceptional standard.

This is a fully remote position.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide administration, governance, security, organization, and architecture support for cloud and on-premises environments, including leading Design Engagement Reviews, System Security Plans, and representing the team at Environment Owner meetings.

Ensure cloud and on-premises environments are compliant with legal and customer requirements and managed in accordance with Leidos policies and procedures.

Hands-on development for cloud architecture projects, including work on contracts, research and development projects, and technology development in support of business development.

Organizational support for development and integration projects.

What Sets You Apart:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field, and at least 2 years' experience in systems administration or integration. Additional years of experience and/or relevant certifications will be considered in lieu of degree.

Practitioner level certification or higher from at least one major Cloud Service Provider (Amazon Web Services, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

Experience providing systems administration in cloud and on-premises environments.
Experience supporting programming and software development teams.
Strong organizational and communication skills (oral and written).
Ability to respond to rapidly changing team needs.

You Might Also Have:
Experience working in cloud architecture or technical integration projects.
Experience working with sensitive information in an environment security context.
Practitioner level certifications from more than one major Cloud Service Provider (Amazon Web Services, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
Higher-level certifications from major Cloud Service Providers.
Experience with other, specialized Cloud Service Providers (e.g., Oracle, Coreweave).
Experience supporting high-performance teams in dynamic environments.
Evidence of high performance under remote working conditions.
Experience in or supporting Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) work.
Experience supporting data science work and relevant architectures and services.
