    The Role

    As an early member of our engineering team you will play a key role in the design and commercialization of our energy systems.

    You will oversee the systems engineering team to ensure product requirements are achieved, solve complex multi-disciplinary engineering problems, and ensure the successful integration of mechanical, electrical, power, thermal, and control systems into an elegant and functional work of art.


    What you'll do:
    Drive program direction, milestones, and deliverables
    Ensure accountability and ownership within the team
    Implement, coach, and run design quality activities such as DFMEAs, DVPs, ICDs, and R CAs.
    Guide technical direction for complex engineering challenges
    Collaborate with program management on setting/tracking milestones and deliverables
    Hire, lead, mentor a team of engineers
    Perform, oversee, and train detailed requirements management including tool chain, analysis, decomposition, communication, tracking, and compliance across the product.
    Skills to be successful
    Bachelors in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering
    Previous experience in requirements management
    Strong Organizational and Change Control Management
    Ability to quickly adapt to change
    Demonstrated execution on real products at scale
    Knowledge of high power electrical systems
    Strong understanding of Energy Systems
