    Description

    We're looking for a Customer Service Representative, working in the Banking/Finance industry in Phoenix, Arizona, United States.

    • Responsible for providing quality customer experiencewhile working to resolve customer's complaints/enquiries.
    • Research cases independently.
    • Responsible for reviewing the customer's credit cardprofile, payments, reviewing accounts, assisting the customer understand theirbalances.
    • Call around 3-5 minutes approximately calls perday (higher volume calls in the earlier shifts). Calls are back-to-back andsometimes a breather in between calls. Types of calls include payments, lost/stolen cards, dispute, fraud, transaction review, digital options, balance transfers.
    • Transfer more escalated calls to another department.

    Experience Required for Your Success
    • At least 6 months customer service experience. Call centerexperience is a plus.
    • Great attention to detail.
    • Experience in navigating multiple systems at once.
    • Has extensive research skills - will be researching caseworkthemselves. Experience in analyzing situations, identifying solutions, and makingdecisions.
    • Able to handle inquiries, complaints, and issues withprofessionalism and a positive attitude. Able to build rapport with customersquickly and effectively.
    • Excellent communication skills.
