- Manage automated timekeeping applications
- Electronically move hours and expense reimbursements into automated billing application
- The goal is to carry out all accounts receivable, billing, and financial reporting with speed and accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of customer billings based on labor hours and units incurred
- Assist Accounting Team with month end closing process
- Reconcile general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and balancing information
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in billing and AR
- Prepare and submit reports billing and accounts receivable information to supervisor
- BA/BS degree in accounting/business administration degree required
- 2-4 years' accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in Large ERP system experience and Microsoft Excel
- Computer savvy with working knowledge of relevant software

Sparus Holdings is a Private Equity backed company providing professional, field and technology services to Utilities and Fortune 500 Industrial Companies across the US and Canada. We are headquartered in Peachtree Corners and are experiencing significant organic and acquisition-related growth. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop their managerial, accounting, and finance skillsets in a 70-year-old company undergoing significant growth and change. This individual will assist with accounts receivable functions, billing, and GL/other special projects. Strong technology skills are preferred as this individual will interact with several automated applications and will be required to manipulate data using Excel formulas. The candidate will be experienced in entering data with attention to detail and will have good math skills to make the necessary calculations. The ideal candidate will be a thorough professional with good communication abilities.

Compensation
