Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Personal Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars and schedule appointments
• Organize and coordinate meetings and events
• Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels
• Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as reconciling expenses

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
