    Pay Range: $40-47/hour DOE
    Contract Duration: Apr 22, Jun 28, 2024
    Location: Remote - based in Minneapolis, MN
    Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm CST
    Description:

    This job manages the required member onboarding/enrollment materials creative development and translations with our vendors.

    Will be part of C&S Member Materials Strategy Team - 5 team members

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Ensure that contractual or regulatory requirements are addressed in marketing materials.
    • Partner with external agencies for creative and translation needs that adhere to applicable processes/procedures/requirements.
    • Coordinate cross-functional updates of required content to ensure accuracy.
    • Track and develop best practices and requirements to best support each State's unique needs.
    • Update/version creative materials as directed.
    • Develop and update current policies, procedures, and job aids as needed.

    Required Qualifications

    • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
    • 1-2 years' experience working in a Project Manager or similar role.
    • Ability to assess and interpret customer needs and requirements.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, ensuring timely delivery.
    • Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses.
    • Provides explanations and information to others on difficult issues.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 3-5 years working in a high-volume role.
    • At least one year of experience working in a heavily regulated industry.

    Soft skills

    • Can gracefully handle lots of details/spinning plates.
    • Self-aware, critical thinker, anticipates issues, resourceful.
