    What You'll Be Doing

    As one of CPI's Marketing Specialists you'll play a key role in our ability to meet our sales and growth targets through your strategic design and execution of marketing campaigns.

    You will be working as part of a cross-functional team to refine and manage our go to market plans in 2-3 B2B vertical markets, and then taking those plans to make them a marketing reality.

    We measure success in your ability to understand how marketing works to optimize our results and are driven by data to make decisions.

    The Marketing Specialist will have a direct impact on our group, responsible for:
    Partnering with business and channel leaders to understand your assigned vertical markets, trends, and strategic objectives
    Developing and managing of our Go-To-Market plans for your assigned vertical markets that we use to focus our sales and marketing efforts
    Creating strategic campaigns that are goal driven and measurable, and aligned with our Go-To-Market plans

    Creating and deploying a wide variety of marketing tactics, including tradeshows/events, digital media, print media, email, social media, web, and others.

    Partnering with our internal marketing data and operations team to ensure your campaigns meet best practices for optimization and tracking.

    Who We're Looking For
    You will bring experience building successful marketing campaigns, with well demonstrated success in B2B markets.
    Qualifications And Requirements
    Degree – BS or BA degree required
    3 years of experience conducting marketing communications key activities:
    Trade event planning and execution
    Creative marketing communications campaign management
    Marketing collateral design and development
    Content creation
    Social media marketing
    Strategic marketing communications planning
    Ability to design documents in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
    Experience with , and marketing automation platforms preferred
    Ability to travel up to 20%; domestic and international
