Exam Rooms: 4
Labs Onsite Support Staff: 3-5

Rad Techs Equipment Onsite:
GE, Philips, Hologic Mammo, Phillips US, GE Dexa


EMR:
Epic, change healthcare pacs FDA Accredited Mammography site Non-ionic Contracts used Required Duties & Procedures Mammography Magseed placement/breast biopsy (stereotactic) Breast ultrasound ABR (American Board of Radiology) Certification Ohio License Initial training in Mammography documentation Initial Training in Digital Mammography if different Initial Training in 3D Mammography Current breast CME 4/1/2021 ??? 3/31/3024 (Needs 15 breast-specific if not covered by his fellowship training) Current number of mammograms read in rolling 24 months Initial training in stereotactic bx Qualifications Board Certified Radiologist
